Events

Six students in the junior and senior categories will be recognized at the 6th Annual Queen's Commonwealth Essay Competition National Awards, which will be held during the 2024 St. Lucia Nobel Laureate Festival under the theme “Celebrating Excellence: Inspiring our collective imagination; fostering national pride”.

Ten students in the junior and senior categories will be recognized at the 2022 St. Lucia Queen's Commonwealth Essay Awards, which will be held during the 2023 St. Lucia Nobel Laureate Festival under the theme “Celebrating Excellence: Nurturing Our Creativity, Consolidating Our Legacy”.

Students will get to record their entries at Calabash TV Studios, one of our event sponsors. These recordings will be posted on the award website and shared with the general public via our social media pages.

We will be hosting the 4th Annual St. Lucia Queen's Commonwealth Essay Awards during the St. Lucia Nobel Laureate Festival, which is being held under the theme "Celebrating Excellence: Facing New Realities, Creating New Modalities".
